Minimum chargeable length 7m
2026 / 2027 SEASON TARIFFS INCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 20%

Annual Berth to be paid in full before 01/10/26 £310.00 per metre l.o.a. (min 7m)

Summer Berth (1/4/27 to 30/9/27, afloat or ashore) £220.00 per metre l.o.a (min 7m)

Winter Berth (1/10/26 to 31/3/27, afloat or ashore) £215.00 per metre l.o.a. (min 7m)

Visitor Berthing:

Daily £3.70 per metre l.o.a

1 week £24.00 per metre l.o.a.

Monthly £68.00 per metre l.o.a.

Short Stay (up to 4 hours) one off charge £20.00

Towing to or from berth. Each Way £52.00

Lift Out includes pressure wash. £38.00 per metre l.o.a. Heavily fouled vessels may attract an additional labour charge at the hourly rate. Owners must give approximate launch date before lift out.

Lift In £38.00 per metre l.o.a.

Survey lift, Inspection lift Lift out, hang in slings, lift in. £57.00 per metre l.o.a. Hold over night in slings, or over weekend, (subject to availability)

Un-stepping/stepping mast (mast to be prepared by owner) £180.00 each way Masthead gear (eg wind vanes, anemometers & vhf aerials etc.) should be removed prior to stepping or un-stepping masts. Where such equipment is not removed, Inverness Marina Ltd. will not accept liability for any loss or damage that may result.
